Hello i am building Benford's 30'5" baby badger, I was wondering when you poor the cement,what keeps it from running through the wire mesh ? Thanks, chip
Hello Chip, the cement just slowly oozes out through the mesh - there are three layers of 1/2 inch mesh all slightly misaligned so this makes the mesh quite 'small'. so as long as your cement is not too runny it will not come out too much. As it oozes out you skim it like you are plastering a wall to get a smooth finish. Let me know how you get on. Where are you building? goodluck
